Leek/bacon quiche
Hello I come back after a week of vacation, I could enjoy a little bit despite the rain.
 Ingredients (for 8 people): 
 - 1 broken dough 
 - 3 big eggs 
 - 20 cl of liquid cream 
 - 100 g of matched bacon 
 - 4 to 5 large leeks 
 - 100 g grated gruyere 
 - salt and pepper 
 Preheat your oven to 200 ° C (thermostat 6-7). 
 Cut the leeks into thin slices and make - cook them in the pan with a little olive oil 
 Brown the bacon in the pan, add the cooked leeks, continue cooking over medium heat for 5 minutes then reserve. 
 Dans a large salad bowl, mix the eggs, the cream, the flour and the gruyere. 
 Butter a pie pan, cover with bacon leek mixture paste 
 Pour over your device made with the rest of the ingredients. Bake for about 30 minutes
