Camembert puff pastry

Cooking time : 25 minutes
Ingredients (4 servings):
- a ready-to-use puff pastry
- 1 teaspoon thick cream, 1pembert au lait cru - 1 small pinch of grated nutmeg
- pepper
Spread the puff pastry, place the camembert and in the center, put the spoonful of thick cream, pepper and nutmeg. Cut out some ways around the camembert but leaving 3 cm more outside the cheese. Fold the strips over the top of the camembert, the whole thing must form a sort of dome covered with dough. Brush with egg hate, Bake for about 20 - 25 min, thermostat 6. The puff pastry should be golden. Add a green salad.
