Nestle chocolate mousse
Recipe taken from the Nestlé website
1 tablet of NESTLÉ DESSERT Chocolate Black
1 pinch of salt
1Make the chocolate broken in small pieces in a bain-marie or on low heat. When it is completely melted, gently stir to obtain a smooth paste. Remove from heat and let cool.
2Case the eggs by separating the yolks from the whites. Add the salt in the whites and beat in very firm snow.
3Pour the melted chocolate over the egg yolks by mixing vigorously.
4 Carefully stir with a spatula 1/3 beaten egg whites and add the rest gradually by lifting the preparation upwards to distribute the chocolate evenly without dropping the whites. Divide in 6 verrines.
5Make the foam 3 hours minimum in the refrigerator. Serve well fresh.
